Chronic Pain

Did you know that chronic pain is more prevalent than heart disease, diabetes, and cancer combined?  If you have pain and are not quite sure why you have it, and/or how to resolve it, you are certainly not alone!

It is common to habituate to pain, and allow your life to become increasingly more limited.  However,  it doesn’t have to be that way.  The right physical therapy can help you manage and resolve your pain, allowing you to lead a more active and enjoyable life.

I take a multi-faceted approach because when it comes to chronic pain, there can be many layers to uncover.  There are many possible causes of chronic pain, just as there are many possible solutions.

Common examples of Chronic pain include:

  • Low back pain
  • Buttock pain
  • Sciatica
  • Neck pain
  • Frozen shoulder
  • Arthritis
  • Knee pain and other joint pain
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Peripheral nerve pain
